1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, registering, or using Vail, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must immediately stop using the application.
2. Description of Service
Vail is a dating application designed to facilitate authentic connections between people over 18 years of age. Our motto is "Privacy with love." We offer a safe and respectful environment for users to connect and find meaningful relationships.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use Vail
- You must provide truthful and up-to-date information
- You must be a real person (not a bot or automated profile)
- You cannot use Vail if you have been previously banned
- You cannot use Vail from countries blocked by our platform
4. Account & Verification
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Facial verification is optional but grants additional benefits
- Upon verification, you receive 3 free Premium days
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
5. Chat System & Limits
- Free Plan: 1 new conversation per day, requires mutual match
- Verified Plan: 5 new conversations per day, requires mutual match
- Premium Plan: Unlimited conversations, can write without prior match
6. Plans & Payments
- Free Plan: Basic features
- Weekly Plan: $5.99 USD per week
- Monthly Plan: $14.99 USD per month (recommended)
- Annual Plan: $119.99 USD per year (save $60)
- Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Upon cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the paid period
- No refunds for unused periods
7. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person
- Publishing explicit or inappropriate sexual content
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Sharing links, social media, or external contact information without being Premium
- Using offensive, discriminatory, or violent language
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or abuse the platform
- Using Vail for unauthorized commercial purposes
8. Photos & Content
- You are responsible for the content you publish
- You cannot publish photos of third parties without their consent
- Vail may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice
- Private photos are only shared with users you authorize
9. Privacy & GPS
- GPS is necessary to detect your location and country
- We do not share your exact location with other users
- We only use your location to verify the country of origin
10. Blocking & Reports
- You can block or report users at any time
- We review all reports and take action accordingly
- Blocked users will not be able to see your profile or contact you
11. Cancellation & Deletion
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Google Play
- You can delete your account from the Manage Account section
- When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted
12. Limitation of Liability
- Vail is not responsible for interactions between users outside the platform
- We do not guarantee that you will find a partner using Vail
- We are not responsible for losses arising from the use of the application
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of important changes through the application.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
15. Contact
